We specialize in the manufacturing of concepts and custom designs, complex projects, and delivering exactly engineered projects with our capabilities.
We also provide repair and refurbishments over the years for Heavy machinery equipment, Transport, or Marine. Our team has the special skills and qualifications to achieve outstanding quality and workmanship.

Exoskeleton
The NBS ExoSkeleton Suit for Boilermakers/Fabricators/Blaster&Painters is a solution to reduce injuries caused by the development of tasks and activities that are proper of those Professions, as well as to boost productivity among the team members.
The NBS ExoSkeleton Suit can provide to the worker a tension discharge in their shoulders, back and arms whilst they are performing their tasks, avoiding injuries and exhaustion.
The NBS ExoSkeleton is still in R&D Stage, and our team will be publishing soon future outcomes.
Robotic Welding
NBS believes that working smart is as important as working hard when in comes to secure the successful delivery of safety, reliability, efficiency and commercial outcomes.
From 2020, NBS has been investing in automation and upgrading its manufacturing processes with welding robots and automatic positioners in order to secure the quality and consistency of its operations, and therefore, the quality of Australian Products.
In the medium term, NBS aims to automate 100% of its key manufacturing stages by 2025, being able to increase the current production capacity in a 50%.
3D Printing
NBS provides 3D printing services in Perth. 3D printing is great for prototyping, concept visualisation and producing some complex end use products. NBS is committed to utilise 3D printing to innovate and engineer solutions to problems in manufacturing Australian products.

CNC Plasma Cutting
NBS provides industry leading in-house plasma cutting services with past turnaround and competitive rates.
Our plasma cutter is capable of cutting the following materials with extreme precision:

We can produce the required DXF files used for cutting from a sketch or drawing. We can plasma cut almost anything you can draw, including sharp angles, smooth curves, small screw holes, and complex designs.
